How to Register for Reunion II

While it is not required that you register for Reunion II to attend Hubbard Reunion events, we thought that officially registering for Reunion II would be the most straightforward way to offer affordable, centralized lodging options to those wishing to attend.

If your class will be represented at Reunion II (classes of 1936, 1941, 1946, 1951, 1956, 1961, 1971, 1981, 1991, 2001, 2011) you can register here. You will have the option of registering for additional class activities, including dinners and social hours, as well as all-college meals.

If you are not in one of the official reuning classes, you can schedule as a “Class of 1776er” here. You will have the option of registering for all-college meals.

Basic registration fees are $180, which covers your lodging for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Additional registration fees will vary by year.

GUESTS: Children, significant others, spouses, etc: the registration website will ask you to add guests. While the college asks for names (and ages of children under 12) you DO NOT have to select lodging for guests if you do not want to. If you do not pay for lodging for guests, you will most likely be assigned a single room, so plan on bringing an air mattress and linens and sleeping accommodations for babies as necessary. If you register and pay for lodging for more than one person, you will be assigned a room with two beds. Keep in mind you will be housed in a Smith College house that will not have the same amenities as a hotel (oh how soon we forget!), so there’s no A/C, you might want to bring an extra blanket if the forecast is chilly, the room locks but you may want to leave valuables behind, etc.

MEALS: You can register for on-campus meals when you register for Reunion II, at an additional cost. Past attendees have mentioned that they took the opportunity to enjoy meals at a favorite Northampton restaurant during reunion and skipped reunion meals with the exception of special class dinners. Please note that refrigerators and cooking facilities (including microwaves) are not typically available during reunion, though you may be able to access these by putting in a request under “special” housing request on your Reunion II registration form.

PARKING: Is pretty available throughout campus. As the date gets closer, please watch this space and our Facebook page for carpooling to Look Park.
